An interesting development of the character Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter series. It gives him an unexpected side to his previously evil persona. The piece also gives additional characters which did not exist in the books.
Provides a flashback, which does not readily happen in the original book. Gives an already existing scene and characters more depth.
A flash-forward this time. Addresses issues such as the "purity of blood," which is a major theme in the original books.
An additional plot line which is pretty much unrelated to the original plot. Interestingly written.
Basically re-writes one of the early chapters of the first book, including new characters and giving a new spin on existing ones.
