Maddiie09: A short but good fan fic with the main focus on the 'queen bee' Regina George's death, written as a 1st person narrative. The reader is taken straight to the point so fast that there is no time to stop and feel sorry for Regina. This sure turns the tables placing her as the victim for once, which the writer may have intended, to give the 'bitch' a taste of the very pain she inflicts so well.
Elliot Pole: Definitely one interesting piece of text which explores the unmentioned life of 'Miss Africa' - Cady. She deals with everyday problems which plummet to new depth when issues around sexual orientation rise to the surface. "She didn’t even know if you could change sexual orientations. And she had always been a heterosexual. Boys were her thing, not girls. She expected that it would always be this way."
mikagirlJap: The author expands on very common occurences that exist in all schools around the globe, where rumors spread like wildfire and highschool dramas seem like the end of the world. This fan fic starts off from Regina's tragic bus accident where her path of destruction is headed in Cady's direction.
LostWithoutHim: This fan fic is focussed on the new popular group - the 'Plastics' and shows the reader how those in the lower high school social structure make attempts at climbing up the social ladder in the hope of tasting a slice popularity as a result.
emilymadison: This I've got to say gave Mark Waters' Mean Girls a more appropriate ending. Instead of the walls being broken down between popular and unpopular pupils, these four picked up where they left off as if no dramas took place. Lets be realistic its high school, since when did the popular ones mix in with the geeks?
