A tear trickled down her cheek.
"That fugly bitch will pay", upset 'Plastics' ringleader Regina George repeated to herself as she picked up the pace in the corridors. She stormed throughout the entire institution forcing copies of her 'burn book' pages under classroom doors and inside every locker. Her aim ensured maximum coverage was achieved for a full effect. Students merged into the school halls as the bell rang. To their shock, A4 sheets found scattered across the floors were filled with scarring secrets of every student. This only snowballed into extreme violent displays as students engaged in mortal combat with one another.
"What the hell?" Cady said as she waltzed out of class clueless. She stood midway across the hall with Karen and Gretchen who were also completely oblivious to the situation. They turned to their right and standing proud was the queen bee herself smiling away at the hell she unleashed upon the school.
The doors on the opposite end slid open as Beatrix Kiddo made her calm unnoticed entrance. With fixed eyes on Regina she advanced toward her, taking no notice of the background brawl. Moving passed the other three 'Plastics' members, Beatrix felt a strange energy while she was watched closely, yet she ignored them.
"Who is this lady? Her outfit is so fetch... Or maybe not", Gretchen mentioned, just to end up with a weird look from the other two. "I don't know but lets follow her", Cady suggested as they subtly tagged along right behind her.
Beatrix reached her target and Regina became uneasy, while at the same time she raised her guard. "Its amazing, I knew who you were the instant I spotted that golden blond hair from afar. The spitting image of your father, where is he?", Beatrix asked. "Excuse me old retard? I don't know who you are but you'd better beat it before I order your wrinkles to swallow up your face", Regina shot back. "I don't have time for games foolish little girl. You know exactly where Bill is and I need to know now!" she exclaimed, bringing the background noise to an immediate pause as everybody stared, wondering what was going on. Regina threw 4 smoke bombs forward and raced out the door in an attempt to get away, leaving Cady and the other two confused as to how she had those on her. Beatrix followed her to the old abandoned soundproof gym, followed by the other 'Plastics' who were the only ones to make it out of the smokey environment in time to spot where the girls disappeared to.
Heavy rusted doors opened which appeared to have been sealed off about a decade. Dull, gloomy and icy chills rushed down Beatrix's spine as she crossed the threshold.
"I was told I would one day encounter your presence in the flesh, the infamous Black Mamba", Regina's voice echoed throughout the pitch black isolated environment. "Little girl, I know you feel you must protect your father. But I beg you, walk away", Beatrix suggested. "You call that begging? You can beg better than that." Regina giggled girlishly.
"What's this switch?" Karen asked, as she tried to hide comfortably with Cady and Gretchen in the confined space which hid them from Regina and Beatrix.
"What the hell, how did the lights come on?! What is it with you three? You would actually rain on my parade on this day of all days. I'll deal with you twits after I fix this retard." Regina exclaimed, as she glared right at the girls hiding behind the glass wall.
Beatrix raised her sword ready for battle, and Regina waited for her at the top of a thick gym rope, one of 10 which hung 2 metres apart. Regina held a rare 'Hattori Hanzo' samurai sword, completely identical to that in Beatrix's grip. Beatrix moved toward the nearest rope and ascended until she was 2 ropes away and leveled with her opponent.
They lunged one rope forward and began attacking with rapid piercing force which caused them to shift back and forth in a swinging motion. Half an hour passed and as the action intensified, the 17 year old's cheerleader physique quickly grew tired and desperate. She jumped from rope to rope in an attempt to kill time while she provoked her opponent. Beatrix grew tired of this and dived forward in an effort to finish the job once and for all. Regina finally turned back to face her and they leaped towards each other, yelling at the top of their lungs. Then the lights suddenly went out.
"Fucking hell Karen!", Regina cried, followed by a scream which accompanied her from the top as her body shot straight toward a pile of javelins. Beatrix managed to just grab onto the end of a rope, saving her from the fall which claimed Regina. "Okay... so... not... fetch", Cady, Gretchen and Karen whispered amongst themselves as they quietly crept out the door traumatised.
Beatrix approached Regina to find that three javelins had penetrated her heart leaving her sprawled with gushing blood loss. The teen queen had a few minutes left of life and she had a final request which Beatrix accepted. "When you find Bill please give this ring back to him, he told me it belonged to my mother", Regina's last words as she trailed off into silence. The woman sat there motionless and stared at her ring she once believed was lost.
A tear trickled down her cheek.

I thought this was very well done - considering you had to blend two ENTIRELY different kinds of film genre together (while obliging to the laws of both film’s – characters, storylines and dialogue).
ReplyDeleteI particularly liked how you incorporated George’s tear at the start with Kiddo’s at the end.
Thanks man, this was a mission though but I'm glad its over :)
ReplyDeleteI think this fan fiction is great Nik! Its quite humorous and witty but it still has an underlying serious tone to the story, I think its really well-written too and I feel as though it's aimed at a teenage audience perhaps? Because you know how we all just looove drama! And I know guys love chicks fighting! So I think you've painted a good picture with your fan fic and have definitely won over the reader!
ReplyDeleteGood on ya Nik! Lol
Ooo and i agree with Pule'Pule I really like how you've tied in the beginning sentence with the last one. It's a really nice touch!
